About This Space Experience calmness in a neat basement suite in a house at the perfect location. The basement suite has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a gym area, a bathroom, a dining area, a work desk and a chair. Our place is perfect for families and a group of friends passing through or travellers exploring the Northern Rockies. Watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset, or Northern lights from our yard next to the firepit. Come and meet our farm animals for an extra experience. The space Our basement suite is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a comfortable and inviting space to call home during their stay COMFORT AND ENTERTAINMENT Being downstairs, it stays nice and cold during summer and warm and cozy in the winter. For guest comfort if necessary, we have a pellet stove which can adequately warm the space if additional heat is desired. The entertainment area has a TV with a fire stick. For your safety log off guest mode on the TV. You can have access to the exercise equipment COOKING We have a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favourite meals. We have appliances provided, including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer, electric kettle and refrigerator to ensure convenience and efficiency. Enjoy a complimentary coffee and tea station, so you can start your mornings off right or unwind with a hot beverage at any time of day. GUEST CAPACITY There are two individual rooms. The Bedroom 1 features two queen-size beds, ideal for accommodating friends or family travelling together. In Bedroom 2, you'll find a spacious king-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking extra space to stretch out and relax PETS We are happy to host guest and their pet as we have fur babies of our own. PARKING At our property, parking is hassle-free. Our spacious yard offers ample space for parking, accommodating various vehicles such as trucks with travel trailers up to 40 feet long and large U-Haul trucks with ease. Whether you prefer to back in or pull into our driveway, you'll find the process seamless. Our horseshoe driveway provides an additional option for parking, allowing for easy maneuverability. For added peace of mind, our yard is all fenced and equipped with a large gate that can be closed securely, ensuring the safety of your belongings throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of our inviting basement suite during their stay. Additionally, guests will have access to the shared yard, firepit, and the opportunity to meet our friendly farm animals for an extra special experience. While there is currently no door separating the basement suite from the upstairs living area where our family resides, guests can enter and exit through a separate entrance located around the side of the house, ensuring privacy and convenience. We want our guests to feel right at home during their stay, and we're committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience from the moment you arrive. Other things to note *This is a non smoking suite, should a violation occur the guest is subject to additional cleaning fees to return a space to a clean sanitized smoke-free environment. You may smoke outside but no smoking of any kind is ever allowed inside. *There are quite hours from 11pm till 7am.
