AURA AIR, pool, seaview villa, 500m from beach

NEW modern villa with sea views located within walking distance of the magnificent Choeng Mon Beach. The villa has two floors, on the first floor there is a private parking and technical rooms, on the second floor there is a living room and three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a swimming pool and a large terrace with a lounge area. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, desk and king size bed. The furniture is handcrafted by artisans from the Bali island. Other things to note - Electricity paid on top by meter at government rate 5 THB/kWt - Security deposit is required on arrival 20,000 THB (or in USD or EUR equivalent) and is refunded on check-out.
