The space This resort like building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD. The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking. Designated living and dining framed by panoramic city and water views Modern renovated kitchen, open plan with stone benches & gas cooking Two generously sized bedrooms, both with built-in robes and ceilings fans Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower over bath and good storage Lift access to covered car space plus additional visitor parking for guests Exclusive use of pool and BBQ and outdoor dining facilities Unit 76 is on the 15th floor.. Please note: There is currently some construction work taking place in the building behind. The work is carried out during daytime hours only, and while it’s generally not disruptive, there may be occasional noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that everything inside the apartment remains comfortable for your stay. Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Other things to note Washer and Dryer are in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated. All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. *Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. Registration Details PID-STRA-9225
