The space The apartment is located in a family condominium and is fully equipped: smart television, Netflix, satellite channels, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils for preparing meals (cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots, pans), 4 pillows, a double bed, two extra single mattresses, a sofa bed, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and also barbecue items (cutlery, grill, and cutting board for meat). The guest has access to 1 (one) parking space. We do not provide toiletries or bed linen/towels. As a good practice, we ask that guests take care of the hygiene of the place during their stay and take out the trash before check-out, as well as any food from inside the refrigerator, and leave the dishes washed. The condominium is a family and quiet place, we value the rules of good coexistence and it is necessary to identify yourself and sign a term of knowledge about the rules of coexistence, for the safety and well-being of all. Guest access The apartment is located 150 meters from the left corner of the beach, about a 5-minute walk along a paved street, basically just across the waterfront avenue (highway). It is possible to drive around, the apartment has a parking space in the garage. But it is a neighborhood that has a functional public transport network and it is possible to have access to the market, pharmacies and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, if necessary, which makes it a good option for those who are thinking of traveling without a car. Other things to note Maranduba has all the infrastructure and is located practically on the border of Caraguatatuba and Ubatuba, facilitating visits to beautiful beaches in both cities. Ideal for all audiences: on the right side it is quiet, you can enjoy the meeting of the river with the sea and the shadows of trees and natives. However, its left side has a variety of kiosks, food trucks, and excitement for those in the mood to party.
