The updated living room has new laminate flooring, bright decorative pillows, a sleeper sofa and two sliding doors that lead outside to the balcony. The cozy kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances and overlooks a dining area that seats six. A large master bedroom has a king-sized bed and seating area near another set of doors to the balcony. A bright guest room has a queen bed and a second room has two twins. The Crescent Sands condo rentals offer beautifully appointed and comfortable 2 and 3 bedroom condos. This property features very large and spacious oceanfront balconies, which can be accessed by sliding glass doors through the master bedroom and living room. Some units also have an additional bedroom that has sliding glass doors with access to a private balcony. With such wide panoramic views of the ocean, there is not a bad seat in the house in the Crescent Sands North Myrtle Beach condo rentals. These Windy Hill Beach condos are a great pick for romantic getaways or small groups. - Private Balconies - Balcony access from Living Room and Master Bedroom - Outdoor Pool - Sundeck FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay.
