Bright, air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor of a quiet condominium near the most beautiful beaches of Calasinzias. The spacious patio complete with barbecue, the large air-conditioned living room and the garden are the features for a perfect relaxing stay. Calasinzias beach is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes. The space The house has the following spaces: - air-conditioned living room with kitchenette – large furnished terrace – double air-conditioned bedroom with wardrobe – air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (double if necessary) – bathroom with shower - Free private parking The apartment is ideal for couples or small families up to a maximum of 4 people. Guests can enjoy an equipped kitchen [fridge - freezer - gas stove - microwave, dishes, pots and accessories] and a total of 12 seats [6 indoor + 6 outdoor] - television - washing machine - barbecue - outdoor sink - outdoor shower and free WiFi. All spaces are at the exclusive disposal of our guests. The property is managed by Host Me Property Management on behalf of the owners Tiziana and Maurizio. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The cost of cleaning increases by €15 based on the number of guests. For 2 people a double bed will be prepared. 🕒 Check-in and Self Check-in Standard check in: Guests can check in for free through Self Check-in between 3pm and 12am. Upon arrival at the property, a video call will be made for the recognition of visu, mandatory according to the new Italian safety regulations. HOUSE RULES: • Before arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their ID or passport. • comply with the municipal rules on recycling waste collection and do not leave residual waste in the fridge or in the bins upon departure, guests are asked to bring the residual waste to the ecological island of Calasinzias • leave kitchen equipment and barbecue clean when you leave • make use of the systems and toilets and kitchen responsibly • The guest must provide us with the exact time of arrival at the property and provide the flight number (if applicable). • Upon arrival, the guest will receive a rental contract that must be signed and returned to the property at check-in. The neighborhood remains quiet even during the high season, and allows you to reach the streets of the center of Villasimius, animated by shopping and activities, just 8 minutes by car. We are close to all the most famous beaches in the neighborhood: Cala Pira - Costa Rei - Calasinzias - Monte Turnu - Scoglio di Peppino can be reached with short trips. The services of the village of Costa Rei and Villasimius, guarantee guests the convenience of supermarket - bars - restaurants - bank - pharmacy and medical guard. The car is highly recommended to enjoy the beaches and amenities more comfortably, especially in low season.
