The space The house has the following spaces: - air-conditioned living room with kitchenette – large furnished terrace – air-conditioned double bedroom with walk-in closet – air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (double if necessary) – bathroom with shower - Free private parking The apartment is ideal for couples or small families of up to a maximum of 4 people. Guests can make use of an equipped kitchen [fridge – freezer – gas stove – microwave, dishes, pots and accessories] and a total of 12 seats [6 indoors + 6 outdoors] – television – washing machine – barbecue – outdoor sink – outdoor shower and free Wi-Fi. All spaces are for the exclusive use of our guests. The property is managed by Host Me Property Management on behalf of the owners, Tiziana and Maurizio. 🕒 Check-in and Self Check-in Standard check-in: Guests can check in free of charge via Self Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and midnight. Upon arrival at the property, a video call will be made for visual identification, which is mandatory under the new Italian safety regulations. In-person assistance is only available upon request and subject to availability, with a fee to be agreed upon. HOUSE RULES: • Prior to arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their government-issued ID or passport. • Respect the municipal rules on the separate collection of waste and do not leave residual waste in the refrigerator or in the bins upon departure. Guests are asked to take residual waste to the Calasinzias recycling center. • Leave the kitchen equipment and the barbecue clean upon departure • Use the toilet and kitchen facilities and drains responsibly • The guest must inform us of the exact time of arrival at the property and provide the flight number (if applicable). • Upon arrival, the guest will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property at check-in. The neighborhood remains quiet even during peak season, and allows you to reach the streets of the center of Villasimius, bustling with shopping and activities, in just 8 minutes by car. We are close to all the most famous beaches in the area: Cala Pira - Costa Rei - Calasinzias - Monte Turnu - Scoglio di Peppino can be reached with short trips. The services of the towns of Costa Rei and Villasimius guarantee guests the convenience of a supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, and medical assistance. A car is highly recommended to enjoy the beaches and services more conveniently, especially in the low season.
