The space The LFCM Condo Home offers: A 25 sqm studio unit designed for a stress-free stay located on the 5th floor with air conditioning, an open-air terrace, and an internet connection. A queen-size bed using new high-quality linens and pillows with a bedside table and a quality wardrobe for storing clothes, electric iron, and slippers to use.  A spacious living room furnished with a two-seat couch and a 32-inch SMART TV with active Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify accounts all at your fingertips.  A fully equipped kitchen with a range hood, kitchen cabinet/shelves, rice cooker, refrigerator, induction cooker,  pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, and dining area. A complete set of bathroom amenities with a hot/cold shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, toilet paper, bath towels, face towels, bath mat, and a bidet. An automatic washing machine is also available for your use. Please see the prices below;  Any towel or damaged towel will be charged PHP 250 each  Torn bedsheets, pillowcases, lost pillows, and blankets will be PHP 500 each Appliances will be charged accordingly  Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, etc., will be PHP 100 each  Guests are welcome to use the pool for Php 100 per guest fee and are open from 6 AM-6 PM. And a  fee of Php 200 per guest during night use from 6:30 PM-9:30 PM. (pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance) Your visiting family or guest may visit in the condo lobby until 10:00 PM but staying overnight has a charge.  We provide cleaning and sanitizing before your check-in.  Please hang towels to dry quickly and to get more use There are kitchen towels for wiping. please do not use bath towels for cleaning   Upon arrival, you may access your unit key in the Lock Key Safe Box with the passcode provided to you. House Rules  No shoes at all times, please leave your shoes on the shoebox in the cabinet under the sink. Kindly respect the place.   Clean as you go, please. Wash dishes you used to prevent unwanted smells and insects.  Please use the provided trash bins with trash bags. You may throw your packed garbage at the garbage room located on the same floor going leftmost when going out of the room.  Close the main and sliding doors at all times. If you want to clean, there are cleaning materials in the lower cabinet of the sink and some under the  AC unit on the terrace Turn off lights and aircon when you leave. Especially upon checking out. Strictly No Parties are allowed in the unit. It's a residential floor. Please observe the silence.  Should you need to have the place cleaned again, we charge PHP 750. This includes changing linens, and towels with an additional charge of PHP 50 each. (For long-staying guests) Only 2-3 maximum guests are allowed per unit. You may accept visitors at the condo lobby. For strict compliance and to prevent the hassle.  The pool is on the ground floor. There is also a garden on the 10th floor for top viewing.  Please treat our condo as your own. Take care of the things inside as you would take care of your things. By the time you check out at noon. Please kindly turn off all lights, especially the Aircon. Clean as you go, please.
