This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us. Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it. Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balconies and communal foyaer and lift areas. Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund. If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
