The space The recently renovated flat will amaze you with its historical charm, accompanied by the iconic design character of the LAGO furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances. The Il Caffè flat consists of: - Large open-plan living room, dining area with table and chairs, a lounge with two comfortable sofas. - Corridor leading to the sleeping area, - A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) equipped with a small solid wood desk, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a window. - A second bedroom with a French bed, a wardrobe and a window. - Master bathroom with shower, wall-hung sanitary fixtures, equipped with a washing machine. - Second bathroom with shower. Extra services: ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection also suitable for remote working, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, private parking available free of charge. Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings of 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you prefer to use both rooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared. Other things to note All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities. In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.
