Vacation home located in the South of Cantal in the heart of the chestnut grove, 1 km from the village of Boisset with its municipal swimming pool, local shops. The house (air-conditioned) has an equipped kitchen in a living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, terraces, and a bathroom. Visit our medieval villages (Marcolès, Laroquebrou, Conques, Rocamadour), our hiking trails and many other outdoor activities (Saint-Etienne Cantales dam, Le Lioran, Puy Mary, Salers) The space 85 m2 house located on the edge of a wood and a quiet road that has: - 1 equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave...) open to the dining/living room with large country table that can accommodate 12 people. - House equipped with reversible air conditioning. - Sitting area with open fireplace, connected TV and 3-seat sofa. - 3 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 large with 140 x 190 bed and another with 2 70 x 190 beds (possibility to pair the bed bases to make a 140 x 190 bed) - Bathroom with bathtub, bath screen, towel dryer and washing machine - Enclosed terrace with garden table, barbecue, parasol. - Parking next to the house.
