Beautifully located 8-person vacation home/group accommodation in nature reserve near Nijmegen Le Platane is a detached, spacious vacation home on the village square of Beek-Ubbergen and is located in the middle of an overwhelmingly beautiful nature reserve with a unique diversity of landscapes It is a great base for doing all kinds of outdoor activities: hiking, biking, mountain biking, cycling, swimming or tasting culture in the oldest city of the Netherlands: Nijmegen! The space The Vantiehuis has a beautiful, soothing deep front garden where you can enjoy the view of the picturesque village square from a terrace or lie on the grass and daydream under the monumental 30-meter-high plane tree. In the backyard, there is a spacious private terrace with a log cabin. There is a driveway on private property suitable for 2 cars and a bicycle shed. Bicycles can also be stored in the lockable log cabin, and for cyclists/mountain bikers, there is a facility to spray their bikes clean outside after a ride. Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with a natural look. You enter a nice spacious hall where there is plenty of space for your hiking boots and coats. There is a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, bar and open connection to the dining room and living room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds and with the following room layout: Bedroom 1: 3 x single bed + sink - hot and cold water Bedroom 2: 2 x single bed + sink - hot and cold water + balcony Bedroom 3: 1 x double bunk bed Bedroom 4: 1 x single bed In addition, there is a luxuriously furnished sanitary room on the upper floor with 2 shower cabins with rain shower including hand shower. There is also a second toilet in the sanitary area. Guest access Due to the tranquility in and around the accommodation, we do not rent our vacation home to youth groups, bachelor parties, drinking parties, student associations and the like. Check in Monday to Friday: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Check out Monday to Saturday: 10 a.m. Check out Sunday: 4 p.m. Maximum 1 pet (dog) allowed. Other things to note Bedding and towels are provided, the beds are made upon arrival. Rent includes energy, so no extra costs for energy (house has energy label C).
