The apartments offer a large living and dining area (25mq) with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils); Dining table with 6 seats, double sofa bed (160cm wide latex mattress), additional seating, satellite Tv, wifi and access to the large terrace with a view of the community pool. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is available to our guests free of charge. There are also sun loungers and parasols, and each terrace has a dining table and chairs. Each apartment has a covered parking space inside the facility, additional parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the facility. In apartment no.10 there are 2 sofas in the living area, otherwise all apartments are identically furnished. The location of the apartments is very strategic as you can walk to the center of Peschiera (800m), the port (900m), the beach (950m), the supermarket (500m), the train station (700m) and Gardaland (1.7km) reachable.
