The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a villa, fully furnished, cozy and bright, and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen, laundry, terrace and balcony. We are located in Simaxis (OR) 7 km from Oristano, 5 km from the junction to SS 131. The apartment is completely independent and renovated in 2023. It consists of: entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with kitchenette, laundry, a terrace ideal for outdoor dining and a balcony. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, the house is fully air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is simple but functional, you will feel at home, you will have everything you need to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. At your disposal you will find dishes, pots, tablecloths, bed sheets, towels. Every 5/6 days, without adding anything, the linen is changed. The apartment is granted exclusively to each individual family. Due to COVID 19, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, such as light switches, handles, worktops, etc. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. It's not shared with anyone else. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HOSTING CHILDREN AND INFANTS as there are stairs and the apartment is on the top floor of the house.
