The main level of the house features 2 generously sized bedrooms and a recently remodeled bathroom with a shower/tub and new washer/dryer. The open and bright living and dining space flows into the well-stocked full kitchen that was completely remodeled in '24. Recently finished, the lower level includes 3 generously sized bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful, cement tile-lined gas fireplace. The brand new, spa-inspired bathroom features heated, custom cement tile floors and a gorgeous shower overlooking greenery. Also downstairs is an open and bright living and dining space with two sofas (one is a sleeper), a nook with a laptop-friendly desk, a brand new 65” 4K TV, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge. The freshly landscaped front yard garden features two palm trees, a fig tree, rosemary, lavender, flowers, and lounge chairs. Note: there's no backyard. Ample free street parking in front of the home (no restrictions) and free wifi (Gigabit 1000 down/350 up cable internet) are available. PARENTS - We're happy to host families with children and can provide up a pack-n-play crib. While the home hasn't been extensively baby/child-proofed, many families have stayed with us and have felt comfortable and safe. There is a door at the top of the stairs that can be closed for safety. We are close to several excellent public parks with playgrounds (and summer splash pads!). You'll access the home through the front walkway from the sidewalk that leads to the private main door entrance. Free, easy street parking (no restrictions) in front of the house is readily available. Other things to note We're one of only a handful of homes in Portland that have passed the City's safety inspection and have a permit to legally rent 5 bedrooms.
