It is around 200 years old and it was recently renovated. We tried to conserve during renovation as much as possible of the old parts, that future generations can feel the history of Penang. Of course, this means not that you have to miss any luxury of our modern times. The property is equipped with airconds, wifi, proper kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine… The water heater works partly on solar power (as we really care about the environment and don’t want waste the sunlight that fall on the house) but for the rainy days, we installed an additional boiler to make sure you enjoy the hot water any time. In the living room Netflix is available for the lazy days or evenings.
