We've put together a unique space for you that we've stylishly renovated. In a 1935 property, we kept the touch of an old village house. The apartment is located in the heart of Bohemian Paradise. This is a very quiet location near Malá Skála, Klokočí, Kozákova, Suchých rocks. There is a garden with a fire pit and an outdoor seating area. In the centre of the village, 100 m away, there is a large children's playground and a fully equipped shop. Come and relax to our place in Paradise. The apartment is on the first floor. The space The aparman is upstairs, with a separate entrance from a wooden pavilion. This is 1 room, where on the right side there is an entrance to the bathroom with toilet, on the left there is a spacious closet for storing things. Next, there is a kitchenette, table, chairs, armchair and double bed in the room. In the case of the 3rd person, a full-fledged extra bed can be ejected from the double bed (the double bed moves to the side) and the 3rd bed is placed next to it (grid with mattress, the bed is 80x190). Guest access Entrance from the garden on the doorstep on the 1st floor, separate entrance to the aparthotel. Other things to note Parking is located from the entrance of the main road, from it is the entrance to the land of the house to the accommodation. The garden has a spacious pergola with a seating area, the premises are shared with two other aparthotels, which are located in the building. We ask guests who have pets to keep their dog on a leash. We also have a dog and a cat, unfortunately in the past that our guests' dog was not used to the cat and there was a skirmish, we would like to prevent it, thank you :-). You can bring your dog to our accommodation. In this case, I would like to ask you a few things: if you are going to walk a dog in the garden, please keep it on a leash (we have a cat and in the past there was an attack by another dog). Next, I expect that the dog will not sleep with you in the bed and will not lie on the chair. If you have a dog with you, please do not leave him alone. In addition, guests will be charged a one-time extra cleaning fee if they bring a dog worth 500 CZK/ 20 EUR, which is paid directly on the spot. 50% of this amount will be transferred as a donation to Pet Heroes, which we have been supporting for many years, which takes care of sick and injured animals that cannot be adopted.
