Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with breathtaking views, relax at the private sunset point The space Property Layout: Ground Plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 8 bedrooms, distributed as 3 in the basement, 1 on the ground floor, and 4 on the first floor. - Each bedroom is furnished with double beds, and additional bedding is available upon request. -All bedrooms feature attached bathrooms for added convenience. - All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. Living Room: - The living room provides comfortable seating for 25 pax on the sofa. - A dining table with seating for 10 is situated in the living room. - The living room does not have air conditioning. - The villa also features a balcony area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings - Gazebo 40 seater available for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset view. - A television is available in the living room for your entertainment. Bathrooms: - The villa offers a total of 8 bathrooms, all en-suite. - Basic toiletries are provided, and towels are included. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for hot water supply. Kitchen & Meals: - Outside meals are not permitted in the property. - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - A private swimming pool is available from 2pm till 10pm. - Peddle Court is available for you to enjoy games like tennis, volleyball etc. - You can relax in the 1000 sqf Lush Green Garden. - The villa also features a balcony area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings. Additional Amenities: - There is a secure parking area available for 3 cars. - Games such as Peddle Court for tennis, volleyball , Carrom,, Table Tennis, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. - 2.1 woofer sound system. - In case of a power outage, there is a Genset backup (at additional cost). - If needed, mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests. - A bonfire can be arranged with advance notice and for an extra fee. - Complimentary WiFi is accessible. It may be intermittent. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - The villa has a standard occupancy of 14 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests. An additional charge of Rs. 2000 per person, per night, applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 15000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 4 cars. - Approach road has a slope. - There is no air condition in the living room. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Props are used only for visuals. - Pets are allowed at the property at an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. To ensure that we provide the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you abide by our house rules. • Neighborhood : Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. • Number of Guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property. • Keep the space clean and tidy. Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles. • Check in / Check out: We require that all guests check out by 11am on the day of departure. • Damage: Any damage caused to the property during your stay must be reported immediately and you will be held responsible for the costs of repairs. • Injury: The host is not liable for any personal injury of any kind. • Tobacco products - We ask that you please refrain from spitting after consuming tobacco, as this can be deemed unsanitary and may result in a cleaning fee. Additionally, please be mindful of our other guests and the environment, and dispose of your tobacco products safely and responsibly. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Kindly make use of the dedicated smoking zone. • Pest & Flies: As you will be staying in midst of nature, there are high chances of any insects or mosquitoes entering the property. We would like to kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed at all times in order to restrict them from entering the premises. Hence, in case you fail to do so, we shall not be liable for any monetary compensation under cleanliness violation. This is to ensure the comfort of your stay and to maintain the quality of our services. • Power Outage: We recognize the importance of having reliable electricity and (Complimentary) WIFI access during your stay, and we do our best to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience. In the unfortunate event of a power outage, we have backup inverters in all our villas to provide power for lights and fans for up to 3 hours under normal usage. Please note that air conditioning or any other heating/cooling devices will not work during this period. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. • Parties: Strictly NO DJ parties and events allowed. • Cooking: Mild cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Examples include heating food, making tea or coffee. However, multi-course meals and any cooking that requires extended use of the kitchen and its appliances are strictly prohibited. We also kindly ask you to clean up after your meals. Please dispose of all food waste in the provided garbage can and wipe down the kitchen counter, stove, and other surfaces you have used. Spoiled surface may attract pests for which we shall not be liable in case of any complaints arise due to the same. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. In the event that you fail to abide by the above policies mentioned, we will not be held liable and no monetary compensation will be honored. A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests.
