The space The apartment is located behind a private entrance door at ground level, which is for the exclusive use of guests. In the small entrance area, there is a hanging rack and storage space for clothes and luggage. The approximately 50-square-meter (538-square-foot) apartment has 2 large windows overlooking the traffic-calmed alley and 2 large windows facing the river. An open-plan kitchen-living room and a spacious bathroom complete the newly renovated space. Guest access Guests arriving by car can usually unload their luggage right in front of the entrance door and, if necessary, park there as well. However, if there are checks, a €10 fine may be imposed. The Wöhrl parking garage, which is 5 minutes away, certainly has a slightly higher daily rate. There is space in the entrance area to store bikes and strollers securely.
