This stunning property, a short 200m distance from the beach and 400m from the community’s two pools and jacuzzi, is a spacious haven for vacationers desiring a blend of comfort, leisure, and aesthetic pleasure. Built for relaxation and rejuvenation, the house is a mountain-backed oasis overlooking the stunning Sea of Cortez. Inside our lovely home, the layout caters ideally for families and large groups of friends. The light-filled master bedroom brims with serenity, featuring a queen bed, ample closet space, and a grand bath. A breathtaking sunrise view over the sea greets you each morning as you prepare for the day’s adventures. On the opposite side of the house, Bedrooms & share a bath, promising privacy and tranquility. The living room, cosy and inviting, is a place of entertainment and relaxation. Indulge in movie nights with DirectTV on a flat screen and a Blue Ray player, or share stories around the warmth of merrymaking. The kitchen is fully equipped for the elaborate holiday feasts, complete with a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brews and a dining table that's perfect for sharing meals and moments. Outside is an expansive terrace where unparalleled sunsets can be savored daily. Enjoy al fresco dining or a chilled evening around the charcoal grill, or sit back with a drink and soak in the view. Completing our home is the huge garage, perfect for beach toys, ATVs, or the dune buggy. Our premises also boast comforts such as air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer facilities, Wi-Fi, and smart lock for easy check-in/out.. There are only 5 beds. Please check the beds and decide if you need to bring airbeds too The onsite restaurant serves meals and drinks pool side. Check in its 3 pm, check out time its 11:00, please contact me before your trip, if the house its not booked the day before or after your stay, you may enter or leave at a different hour. Please note that as per HOA rules, all persons that enter the house are counted as guests, even if they dont stay for the night and after 8 will be charged $30 per person / day Guest access Embodying the epitome of luxury, our guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house, complemented by seamless self-check-in thanks to our smart lock system. Ample space for parking adds to your convenience, offering both on-premise and free street options. Our property assures you exclusive beach access via a private entry, granting usage of the resort pool, hot-tub, and restaurant.
