The Villa is located in a green, nice, and quiet residential area in Kaštela, Croatia (just 20min from Split and 10min away from Trogir). Split Airport is just 5 min away from the property. The Villa has a cozy living room with a kitchen and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a rooftop equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a stunning view. All Villa rooms are fully equipped with living necessities, as well as covered with free air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. There are Tv sets in every room, with the main one in the living room with Smart Tv. All rooms have a unique Italian design and exceptional quality furnished. Guest access The outside facilities include: - A 7-meter long heated swimming pool surrounded with a sunbathing area (comfortable sunbeds and an outside shower) - Barbecue area - Children's playground - Spacious outside parking for 2 cars - Rooftop with outside kitchen and shower on top -We also have bikes that can be used on request. Guests with small children can use on request cots and high chairs! - If you want to rent a stand-up paddleboard price is 15 euros/ per day or 70 euros per week.
