No cleaning fee. Green tree Haven is nestled in a quiet back section surrounded by beautiful trees with an estuary frontage where you can kayak off the front lawn whenever the tide is up. We are located 5 minutes from Motueka and 20 from Marahau in the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park. 10minutes from Kaiteriteri and right on the Great Taste trail. 60mins from Tākaka. Your hosts Tim and Michelle are on the back of the property and happy to help you make your holiday as smooth as possible. The space 3 bedrooms- 1 super king double, 1 queen double, 1 double bed, two full bathrooms, washing machine, coffee machine and bright beautiful kitchen with Borsch appliances. Provided toiletries, plenty of kids toys, 9 bikes, 4 kayaks(2 double & 2 single kayaks, 6 people can kayak at the time) 2 paddle boards, smart TV, blue tooth speaker, high speed Wi-Fi and gas BBQ! Let you feel as comfortable as if you were staying in your own home! Our BnB normally sleeps 6 for the three bedrooms but we are able to sleep 7. We have a roll out single bed that can be put out in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. Guest access Whole house, large front deck and sheltered back deck plus a beautiful big garden. Free to use gas BBQ, 9 bikes, 4 kayaks(two double kayaks and two single kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 6 people can kayak at the same time). Other things to note No excessively loud noises please as we respect our neighbors peace and quiet. No partying. No pets & No smoking indoors. The hosts live on the property behind the main house and share the drive way but you will not see them very often and usually only see them when they go out. A continental breakfast is included to start your day well. Our BnB normally sleeps 6 for the three bedrooms but we are able to sleep 7.
