Come and discover our 2-star furnished cottage, located in Chouilly, a charming village classified as Grand Cru in the "Côte des Blancs", accommodating up to 4 people. Guests can enjoy its exterior for quiet lunches away from prying eyes. Located 5 minutes from Epernay and in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, you will have easy access to the activities offered nearby. Chouilly has all the amenities, bakery, deli, grocery store, playground, ... The space The accommodation has just been renovated, it benefits from the latest generation materials and amenities. It consists of a large living room with sitting area, dining room and equipped kitchen; a shower room; separate toilet and a bedroom with wardrobe. A crib, high chair and children's toys are available in the accommodation. You can also enjoy the garden and relax in the deckchairs that are set up there. The garden and terrace are exclusive to the accommodation. The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Enjoy access to the entire accommodation. I am available to welcome you (key handover and rental details) and in case of my absence you could be welcomed by a trusted person. You can also, if you wish, arrive independently. Other things to note The accommodation is located on a street adjacent to the main street of the village which makes it very quiet. Guests can enjoy the terrace with peace of mind.
