The terrace is 6m long and it is well appointed with 2 tables and 6 chairs. The living room is quite spacious, there are two sofas, a large 65-inch TV and a bay window overlooking the terrace. You have a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, storage and TV, with direct access to the terrace as well. The kitchen is an open kitchen, fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, spices for cooking, a countertop and a nice bar for aperitifs. The kitchen overlooks a dining room with a beautiful table, chairs and buffet. A bathroom with large modern Italian shower. Two large dressing rooms for your clothes and several storage areas. Supermarket downstairs from the house not even 1 minute away. HOUSE RULES: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. with a welcome agent. If check-in is after 8:00 PM, a supplement of €20 in cash will be requested upon arrival, and this supplement will be requested will go to €30 after 10pm.
