Casa Pixan is a hotel with a cause located in Malinalco, which seeks to take your comfort to another level, through unique and unforgettable experiences that will lead you to connect with your senses. Casa Pixan offers you the complete rental of the house where you can enjoy 7 rooms with a unique concept and design, a pool surrounded by nature with a privileged view, a living room, a garden, a patio with a central fountain, parking, a terrace, an equipped kitchen and a pergola with a barbecue. The space Casa Pixan is the only hotel with a cause that was born to support Kalimori, a Community for People with Intellectual Disabilities that seeks to enhance the skills of its members and promote their independence. All its profits are intended to support the Social Scholarship Program of this community, which encourages the inclusion of adults with intellectual disabilities with limited resources in Malinalco and its surroundings. Walking or 5 min. by car) The house has a construction area of more than 700 m2, where there are 7 spacious rooms with king size bed and private bathroom with hot water 24 hours, 1 living room with TV and 2 tables for games, kitchen, indoor and outdoor terraces, there is a beautiful garden, a nice pergola with barbecue and our rustic pool has a depth of 1.20 m. Our pool has a solar panel system that helps improve the water temperature, but if you want to guarantee a water temperature between 28° and 30° we have the option of using a gas boiler with an extra charge of $1,000 MXN per day. Our staff will take care of its operation. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, a stove with a gas oven, a microwave oven, a blender, a food processor, a toaster, dishes, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The parking lot is covered and has space for 7 cars (maximum entrance height is 2.40 m). Other things to note There is free Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms, garden area and pool. For your convenience, the rental rate includes the cleaning service for common areas and rooms (cleaning is done every day, however, the change of the room whites is done every third night of the stay). DOES NOT INCLUDE KITCHEN CLEANING. The night watchman service is included, which also takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden. Our facilities are fumigated once a month, but being surrounded by vegetation, this does not eliminate the possibility of finding some insect inside the house.
