Welcome to my bright, comfortable 100sqm flat situated in a wonderful location, just near the Old Town, Piata Unirii, and Calea Victoriei.The 3 bedrooms & 2 baths flat is situated just 100m away from the Palace of the Parliament and from the Old Town. Calea Victoriei, the most beautiful, walking-friendly street in Bucharest is also nearby. Means restaurants, museums, clubs are all within walking distance. Self check in! The space 24 hours free of charge check in. Perfectly located the three bedrooms & two bathrooms apartment of 100 sqm on the top floor of a quiet building! Two balconies, one covered where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea and the open air one where you can smoke if you didn't already quit :) Classic style, fully equipped and new renovated, the indoor plants will be the perfect choice of accomodation for your visit while in Bucharest! The flat has everything you might need for the litlle ones like high chair, baby crib etc. The flat is in a great location and it's just a few minutes away from important spots such as the Old Town, the Palace of the Parliament, historic monuments. Izvor park is 2 min walking and offers you great playgrounds for the litlle ones There are within walking distance, supermarkets, Piata Unirii tube station and buses. The "express bus" that comes from the airport has its final stop at "Piata Unirii", so you might want to consider that when deciding what is the best way for you to arrive at the flat. Also, all major music concerts take place in Constitutiei Place which is just in the front of the Palace of the Parliament and therefore 3 minutes away from the flat. The flat is in a great location and it's just a few minutes away from important spots such as the Old Town, the Palace of the Parliament or historic monuments. It's also very close to a lot of coffee shops, bars and great restaurants. We'll be very happy to advise on that :) A 24 hour open supermarket and a pharmacy are in the front of the flat as well. Layout: The flat itself is a great and very bright space. There are beautiful oak floors throughout the flat and tree double bedrooms where you'll find queen beds & singles and plenty of storage space. The two bathrooms are both spacious and have additional storage space. In the kitchen there is a washing machine which you are more than welcome to make use of at anytime. Our favourite spot inside the flat is the kitchen which has a beautiful view and it is great for cosy dinners and socialising. Smoking permitted on the balcony.  3. Basic cleanliness at check out requested ;) 4. All garbage to be placed in the trash can provided. 5. Please no talking loud and keep silence in the night time! The high level noise is forbidden by the law 61/ 1991 from 10 pm to 8 am! Please be nice & respectfull with the neighbours! ;) For longer stays, we'll be happy to discuss a discount rate.
