A beautiful screened in porch awaits for you to enjoy a morning coffee while enjoying the trickle of the spring house and sounds of nature. The stone fireplace is perfect to warm up after a day enjoying the property. Guest access Canoe on the river, fishing, hiking, horseback riding on request, trap/skeet shooting on request, etc... Also, helicopter transport from local airports can be arranged from LEX, CVG, SDF or any local general aviation airfield.
