This beautifully appointed and recently renovated lakefront home offers gorgeous panoramic views of majestic Lake Tahoe. Nestled in Rubicon Bay near Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this special retreat has no shortage of amenities to enjoy a private, tranquil space with modern touches throughout. Featuring a beautiful contemporary design, this lakefront home on a private drive offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with approximately 80 feet of lake frontage. This home boasts an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, expansive decks on each level, and panoramic lake views from every room. The layout follows: Main Floor- Great room with open kitchen and dining space that seats 6 Bedroom 1: King with en suite bath Laundry closet with full size washer dryer Half bath between kitchen and main floor bedroom Massive floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors open to large deck facing the lake Upstairs: Bedroom 2: King with en suite bath Sliding glass door to small private deck Downstairs: Bedroom 3: Queen with en suite bath and sliding glass door to lower deck Bedroom 4: Twin bunk room (sleeps 2 kids) with sliding glass door to lower deck Shared bath between two bedrooms Exterior: 4 lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6 and propane BBQ Rounding out this property is access to a buoy, private white sandy beach, and shared HOA pier and beach just a short walk away. There is direct stair access (3 flights) from the home down to a small deck at lake level that seats 4, enjoy your own secluded beach to the south of the small deck by stepping over a few large rocks to the sandy beach. Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. Heavenly Waters is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood, Rubicon bay. Due to the homeowner and HOA rules, guests must agree to additional rental rules upon booking. These rules include but aren't limited to, 6 adults maximum, no visitors or private parties, maximum 4 cars, and use of neighboring docks are considered trespassing and grounds for fines and eviction without refund. Other Rules to Note: -Renters must be 25 years of age or older -No smoking on the grounds -No pets -No over occupancy or parties, Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults and 8 total guests max. -Our cancel by date is 31 nights, please buy trip insurance if you think you may need to cancel due to any reason. We do not offer rebooks or cancelations for wild fire smoke, illness, trip interruption, etc. This property has an exterior security camera in the upper left corner of the front door VHR 073313 Maximum occupancy: 6 adults max, 8 max guest total Guest access Access to one buoy is available. There is also a shared pier and transport boat available at the HOA beach, a short walk away. Other things to note Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means there are some things we can't control. For example, weather and harsh conditions may interrupt Wifi and power. We kindly ask for your patience if these events occur. While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. Winter Guests: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1. Decks are shoveled for structural safety only and are not guaranteed to be free and clear of snow during the winter months.
