Bo La Motte Farm - Pear Tree Cottage

Set in the top corner of the farm, Pear Tree over looks the main irrigation dam. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining and lounge area and opens onto a lovely covered verandah where you can sit and barbecue and take in the stunning views. The space Bo La Motte Farm was one of the original Huguenot farms in Franschhoek. With the grounds replanted to vines and the wine cellar restored it has been running as a guest farm, with a four star grading - for the past 15 years offering a home from home experience to everyone whether a family group or honeymooners, come stay enjoy and relax. Guest access All of our guests are free to wander around the farm, come and meet the dogs chickens and ducks that are free range and add to the farm feel. We have a shared pool and kids play area, fishing dams and places to sit and picnic around the farm. The wine cellar is fully operational and operated by La Petite Ferme. Guests are welcome to watch the wine making in season by prior arrangement.
