Our award winning heritage building has been renovated and restored with all the modern convinces, but an original look. The house was considered to be a "poor" man's house and was built by a farrier some 168 years ago. Licensed under the Tourism Industry Act R.S.P.E.I. 1998 as tourist establishment #1200916. The space A fully equipped bachelor suite located 2 blocks from the Confederation Centre. Suite has a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed including all linens and towels etc. parking, and wifi. It is one of two suites located in the house. Suitable for 2 people who like to be close to everything but want peace and quiet, Really great for people who want to cook their own food. Small pets are ok....dogs under 10 lbs but sorry, no cats. ...you would need to check with me on that. It is a great neighbour hood and is close to all restaurants and the water front and the new convention centre! Please see our "Guide Book" at the top right of our listing for lots of good info. Public transit is 3 blocks away. The suite is comfortable, cosy and super clean!! Thanks from Louise Guest access It is a fully enclosed suite. Guests will have it all to themselves. No areas to be shared. Not even the parking. Check in it 2 P.M. but you could check with me if you need in earlier. Often we can accommodate. Other things to note Our suite is air conditioned so that the windows do not need to be opened. This will reduce street noise at night as well. Heat and AC are pre set at one central unit that is NOT located in the suite. Please text me if there are concerns.
