Key pick up any time from check-in time!! FREE Tram Stop in front of the key pick up shop & our building. FREE Wi-Fi provided Building amenities (pool /gym) are NOT available. The space Fully SELF-Check-In listing that guests will pick up the main key as per our easy-to-follow check-in instruction (available 48 hrs before check-in). In the home: Reverse cycle air conditioning (cool and heat), double glazed windows. Sofa bed for the 5th & 6th guests, if you booked for less than 5 then please request to use the sofa bed at least 3 days before check-in, $20 once-off extra linens fee applies. (The sofa bed will be left in its sofa position, and guests are responsible for converting it into a bed themselves.) 2 sets of keys are provided in total. Linens + 2 bath towels per bed. 1 hand towel + foot towel per bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryer In home cloth washer, dryer Iron, ironing board Smart TV Basic cooking utensils are provided for preparing your light meals. Fridge and microwave as well as Oven in kitchen, but users must keep the oven clean or expensive oven cleaning fee will be passed on. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. BUT NO access to mail box and building amenities. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING! Once-off cleaning fees cover the general cleaning at the end of your stay to prepare the apartment for the next reservation. However, guests are still expected to use our apartment respectfully. Leaving a significant mess behind will result in an additional cleaning fee. Extra during stay cleaning and changeover can be booked and ordered at extra cost. No more than booked number of guests allowed in the apartment or the communal area of the building even though they are not staying over night. Please be considerate and respectful to our neighbours, and avoid creating any noise disturbances after 22:00.
