Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, This two story home constructed from 8 recycled shipping containers is nestled amongst the treetops on the tranquil outskirts of Healesville. You'll have exclusive use of both levels, each completely self contained with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. All bedrooms feature queen beds with hotel quality linens, large wardrobes and ample natural light. Perfect for families, wedding groups, and ideal for entertaining Upstairs is a self contained apartment, with three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with hotel quality queen beds. The master bedroom has a private ensuite as well as small balcony. Bathrooms on both levels are appointed with luxury fittings, including rainfall shower heads, and a large freestanding bathtub in main upstairs bathroom, thick and luxurious towels are provided for each guest. The upstairs living area features a large open plan design, with a lounge suite, fireplace, dining area opening up onto a large deck with sweeping views of Mt Saint Leonard. Guests on the deck are frequently visited by local wildlife including Kookaburras, and King Parrots The kitchen and bar area upstairs is well equipped, and is the perfect place for socialising after a day exploring the magnificent Yarra Valley, for entertaining guests and/or functions, your host can arrange local tap beer to be available with the purchase of an optional function & beverage package. Downstairs is home to a more modest kitchen, with cosy lounge area, two bedrooms featuring queen bed and luxurious bedding. Should you need to get work done during your stay with us, high speed internet is also included. A smaller deck and fire pit are also available downstairs. On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars, there is also street parking available a 50 metre walk from the property. Power points are available near the parking area for guests to charge an electric vehicle (BYO cable), Contactless check in and check out provided for our guests. Your hosts are based locally and are available to assist with any last minute requests or emergencies. Healesville is the perfect gateway to explore the Yarra Valley, the food and wine capital of Victoria. We recommend guests bring their own car or hire one for their visit to the Yarra Valley, all popular attractions have ample free parking. As our property is on the outskirts of Healesville expect to drive 7-10 minutes to access shops, restaurants, etc. Whilst this property is perfect for entertaining and we encourage our guests to make the most the facilities on offer, being good neighbours is an important value of ours, so late night noise especially outdoors must be kept to a minimum. If you wish to entertain guests who are not staying with you on the property or to host a function at this property your hosts can prepare a function and/or beverage package. Events and/or Functions may only be hosted with prior approval.
