The modern and spacious apartment is quietly located and offers space for 1-2 adults. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom separated by a door. The living and sleeping areas are open; i.e. not separated by a door. There is a French bed there. There is also a workstation for PCs and fast WiFi. "Zimmergrün" offers you space for a break in a well-kept and homely environment. Whether you want to go on holiday or work in the area - you are better off here than in an anonymous hotel. My offer is aimed at couples and solo travellers. The apartment is not suitable for children. In the fully equipped kitchen you can fully or partially cater for yourself. The studio has a 42" plasma TV with media receiver and free fast WiFi. The holiday apartment is self-contained and has its own entrance. There is sufficient free parking around the apartment. The guest house is a self-contained apartment. The Borrussia Stadium and the SparkassenPark (formerly Warsteiner Hockey Park) are about 15 minutes away on foot. The bus stop towards the city center or the train station is a 3-4 minute walk away, and the motorway exit is 1 minute away.
