Other things to note ◆In accordance to law of Japan, we are required to submit guest's information via external website. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation. ◆As this is a residential area, please keep quiet after 10pm. ◆No Shoes and smoking is allowed indoor. ◆Condiments,including food are not provided due to expiration dates issues. Lost items will be stored at the facility for three months, after which they will be disposed of. Even if the owner is identified, we will not contact the guest as a general rule. Items not suitable for storage, such as food and sanitary products, may be disposed of on the day they are found for hygiene reasons. ※For check-out after【10:00a.m.】 late check out fee will be imposed. ------------------------------------- Please note that additional charges will be incurred in the following cases. ①Shipment of forgotten items: We will send it by domestic = cash on delivery. A separate fee of 2,200 yen including consumption tax will be charged once. We do not ship overseas. ② Disposal fee for bulky items such as suitcases, baby carriages, etc.: ¥3,300 (varies depending on the number of items) Other charges: 1,100 yen handling fee, including consumption tax ③In case of cancellation of cleaning on the same day due to guest's convenience, we will separately charge one cleaning fee for the extra night if we are unable to cancel the cleaning on the same day. If you wish to extend your stay or make any other changes to your reservation, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to check-out. ④Fireworks, cigarettes, and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in this facility. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the streets around the facility. Violation of this rule will result in a fine in accordance with the law. Cigarette butts must not bring into the building. When staff finds cigarette butts in the trash or anywhere in the facility, or the smell of smoke is confirmed, a deodorization fee of 50,000 yen or more will be charged, depending on how bad the situation is.
