The property has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook together and start the day comfortably. The modern bathroom invites you to take a refreshing shower after an active day. Two air-conditioned bedrooms provide restful sleep even on warm days, and the living lounge with comfortable seating is a wonderful meeting place to relax or play. A Xiaomi Mi Box S is available for your entertainment – with free access to Netflix or to use your own streaming services through your account. So you can watch movies or series together, just like at home. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment to keep you connected at all times – whether for work, study or streaming. Guest access Guests use the entire apartment exclusively for themselves. Access is by separate entrance. The key handover takes place in person upon arrival, so that we can welcome you and clarify any questions directly. The apartment is located in the same house where we live as a family. Of course, we respect your privacy at all times, but we are happy to assist you if necessary. Free parking is available right by the house. All interior areas of the apartment are available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The apartment is located in a private residential building where we live as a family. The accommodation is therefore particularly suitable for guests who appreciate a quiet and respectful atmosphere. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for parties or events. Electric vehicles can be charged via the existing 11 kW wallbox for a fee. When arriving with bicycles or e-bikes, they can be safely parked on the property.
