Guest access ⭐️ Property Access: Great news! You'll have full private access to the entire villa and all its amenities throughout your stay. Other things to note ⭐️ Air Conditioning: Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay for all guests, even on the warmest tropical days. While these are available for your enjoyment, we kindly encourage using the air conditioning only when the bedroom is occupied to help avoid any unnecessary electricity consumption. ⭐️ Pool Use: The private pool at the villa is exclusively for your enjoyment, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind throughout your stay. Just a heads-up: our pool maintenance team will occasionally pop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays to test and clean the pool. Their visits are quick, and they help keep everything in tip-top shape—so you can enjoy a refreshing plunge whenever the mood strikes. Rest assured, they’ll be in and out faster than you can say “cannonball!” ⭐️ Private Chef Services: Private Chef services are available upon request for those looking to add a special touch to their stay. A guest favorite, "Chef Brandon," is known for cooking up a mean meal that’s sure to impress. If you’re interested in enjoying a delicious, home-cooked meal during your stay, just let us know! We’ll be happy to help coordinate a memorable dining experience for you and your group to enjoy. ⭐️ Cleaning Services: For added comfort during your stay, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service at $110 USD per refresh. This includes fresh bed linens, towel changes, and a light cleaning. If you’d like to add this service, please let us know, and we’ll add it to your reservation. ⭐️ Electricity: Your reservation includes 40 kWh of electricity per night. If your consumption exceeds this limit, an additional charge of $0.55 per kWh will apply. We will calculate these charges based on your actual usage at the end of your stay and inform you of any additional costs if over-usage occurs in our "Utility Summary" 1-2 days following your check-out date. ⭐️ Water: While water usage is included in your reservation, it is subject to a maximum limit. To promote environmental sustainability, we ask that you use water responsibly. For stays of up to 7 days: If your water usage exceeds 10 cubic meters (m³) during this period—roughly 1.43 m³ per day—an additional fee of $8 per cubic meter above 10 m³ will be deducted from your deposit. Please note that 10 m³ in a single week is considered extremely high based on our historical averages. For longer stays (e.g., 2 weeks): We allow up to 20 cubic meters (m³) for the entire stay, which averages to 10 m³ per week. If your usage exceeds 20 m³ over the course of the stay, additional charges of $8 per cubic meter above this limit will apply. By being mindful of your water use, it’s unlikely you will exceed these limits. ⭐️ Deposit: A refundable utility deposit of $500 is required as a standard part of your reservation. This deposit will be held during your stay but is not needed until closer to your arrival date. Rest assured, the full deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your check-out, provided that the water and electricity allowances are not exceeded. If there are any excess charges, details will be provided in the "Utility Summary" 1-2 days following your check-out.
