The space The Nest at Gundaroo is a family-owned small business providing luxury, short-stay accommodation, only a 30 minute drive from Canberra's CBD. Opened in December 2015 and with a focus on great service, we are perfect for quiet weekends, the traveller, personal or family celebrations and more. Cleminger's Cottage was built in 1885 and has charm and atmosphere you just won't find in modern hotels. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge, as well as a front verandah. Small but a real favourite with our guests. Guest access The Nest at Gundaroo consists of 5 newly-built self-contained villas, along with a heritage-listed cottage. Located on the quiet main-street of the historic village of Gundaroo, there are many eateries within a 2 block walk, in addition to the surrounding region's wineries. Parking is free. Two breakfast options are complimentary (a continental or a cook-your-own breakfast of bacon and eggs). Our villas are private, luxurous and a place for you to relax. Registration Details Exempt
