Bonifacio: south-facing duplex apartment

This duplex accommodation is located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, on the port of Bonifacio. From the balcony/terrace, the view is beautiful, overlooking the boats moored at the Navy docks. Very comfortable, it can accommodate up to 4 people. You can stroll around the port, shop, enjoy the entertainment (bars, restaurants, shops, music...) and climb the "Calade" to discover the picturesque alleys of the Citadel. More details below. The space The entire property is accessible to guests (except for a locked room for cleaning supplies). The duplex consists of a living room with TV and WiFi, with a functional and fully equipped kitchenette, an alcove bedroom, a shower room/WC and 2 bedrooms upstairs under the roofs. The bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned (installation 2023). The modern lower part and the more classic upper floor offer 2 different atmospheres in the same place, each with its own charm. Guest access For parking, the Bonifacio Parking Authority offers a weekly subscription card for €60 (2025 price), which you can purchase directly at the property. On foot, you have access to all the city's amenities. Don't hesitate to take the shuttles for boat trips, explore the sea caves, the Strait of Bonifacio, visit the Lavezzi Islands... It's a real delight! Be aware, however, of the summer entertainment which is sometimes noisy in summer (bars and restaurants open until 1 a.m.). Your arrival will be organized by a concierge whose contact details will be communicated to you after your booking. You can reach them if you encounter any issues, they are there, on site, to help you. They can also help you organize your vacation (boat booking, car, babysitter...). Other things to note The cleaning fee indicated also includes the supply of linen, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and dish towels.
