A pleasant large apartment with twin futon sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed located on the ground level overlooking the pool makes this a great unit for families or people who struggle with stairs / all apartments now have air conditioning in the bedroom only, Please use it wisely The space Welcome to Casa Rosa. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, fun place to stay then we could be right for you! Casa Rosa consists of three apartments and the poolside garden room. There is a lovely courtyard garden area with a small pool for guests to cool off in. There is also private access to the beach from the courtyard with an outdoor shower to de-sand yourself! The roof terrace is a lovely place to relax with fantastic views of the Gulf and the sunsets. There is a quiet area for reading or relaxing, areas for dining or drinking, also a wonderful shady pergola with hammocks for swinging and enjoying the cooling breezes. We are in a quiet area directly on the beach around 2kms from the fishing village of Chelem and the busy port town of Progreso. There are buses between both places every 5 mins or so. We are 35 mins from the wonderful city of Merida with its stunning historical center and great shopping malls. Important Mayan Ruins are all within 90 mins of us. Including Chitzen Itza and Uxmal. This part of Mexico is amazing and unique, fun, friendly and safe. You will love it, we do! THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT is a one bedroom with two futon/sofa bed in the lounge and comes with HD smart TV and DVD player and free WIFI. This apartment has a separate bedroom with Air conditioning and a Queen sized bed (linens supplied). There is a nice bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water! we also supply shower gels and shampoo A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and full-size stove with oven. In the lounge area, there are two futon sofa bed, TV and DVD player., it has a patio door leading out into the courtyard and is all on one level. Other things to note We have added Air conditioning to the bedroom only, we would ask guests to turn off the ac when they leave the building.
