Renovated【Toki】/Outdoor Hot spring/1 parking lotho

My house located on quiet residential area and able to enjoy huge Outdoor Hot spring. Max capacity is up to 12 ppl :) 12 people are able to take hot spring at once if they squeeze in hot spring! I recommend take hot spring 4 ~ 6 ppl at once :) It's better to enjoy Hot spring :) My house "Toki" is located on quiet residential area. If weather is sunny day, I often saw walking with dog, kids play around that area. You can enjoy slow life time in Yufuin :) The space ★Total rooms：5rooms、　Futon Mattresses：2、　Beds：4 ・1st floor：1 Japanese style room and 2 western style rooms. ・2nd Floor：洋室 2部屋(階段側、その奥) 　 ★About prepaeration of beddings★ I will prepare the bedding depends on how many people will stay. Please read the rules below! ※I will prepare the number of pillows for each person. ・1 person：1 double sized bed at 1 western rooms on the 2nd floor. ・Up to 2 ppl：2 double sized beds at 1 western rooms on the 2nd floor ・Up to 3 ppl：2 double sized beds at 1 western rooms on the 2nd floor, 1 double sized bed at 2 western rooms on the 1st floor. ・Up to 4 ppl：2 double sized beds at 2 western rooms on the 2nd floor, 2 double sized beds at 2 western rooms on the 1st floor. ・Up to 5-8 ppl：2 people have to share each double size beds. ・Up to 9 ppl：All double size beds + 1 Futon mattress in Japanese style room A ・Up to 10 ppl：Above setting + 1 Futon mattress in Japanese style room B ・Up to 11 ~ 12：All beddings have to share as 2 people 【There are/ Please check the listing pictures】 ･refrigerator ･microwave ･electric kettle ･TV ･Wi-Fi ･washing machine ･kitchen with cookware (details below) ･table ･toilets (the one on the first floor has washlet) ･shower room ･1 face towel & 1 bath towel for each guest ･1 toothbrush with toothpaste for each guest ･shampoo ･conditioner ･body soap *No pajamas or seasonings ※Please do not grill meat or cook hot pot or other dishes that produce a lot of smoke inside. Guest access ・WHOLE HOUSE (NO SHARING THE HOUSE WITH OTHERS) ※Do not park illegally. Other things to note ★Check-in and check-out ・Check-in:15:00~　*If you might arrive after 18:00, please inform me in advance ・Check-out: ~10:00AM 【About Using kitchen】 Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate that washing used plates, cutlery and other thing that you used and put it back to original place. Thank you for your cooperation. 【Smoking is prohibited】 Smoking is prohibited in the building .Ashtray is at outside of entrance. Please smoke at there. ※If you smoking inside the building, I will charge special cleaning fee JPY 10,000Yen 【About seasoning and Oil】 I didn't prepare any seasonings and oil. 【Cleaning】 ・Professional cleaning company will clean the room and making bed before the check-in and after check-out ・There is no cleaning while your staying. ・If you need cleaning while your stay, There will be additional charge for cleaning and please inform me before 1 day until 3pm from your check-in date at least. 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. Additional services will be charged. ・Face towel: ¥200 ・Bath towel: ¥300 ・Bath towel/face towel set: ¥500/1 set If you wish to do so, please be sure to contact us at least one day before your stay. Requests made on the day will not be accepted. Separate washing machine detergent is available, so please feel free to use it. 【About Linen of bedding】 ・I will prepare sheets, quilts and pillows before your check-in. ・I won't change these linens while your stay. 【Regarding the number of children and fees】 ・0 to 2 years old kids are free of charge(I don't prepare any Linen). ・3 to 12 years old kids are not free.
