Our accommodation (rated 3 stars) is close to restaurants, the beach and activities adapted to families (Municipal swimming pool at 500 m or 8 min walk). You will appreciate our accommodation for the comfort, its tranquility. Beautiful sunny terrace facing south, with awning, tables and garden chairs. Non-smoking accommodation accepting pets for a rate of €5/day per companion. Guest access The entire house is accessible and not shared Other things to note Sheets and towels are not provided, nor included in the price of the reservation but can be rented at the rate of 5€/pers for the sheets (including the lower sheets + duvet covers + pillowcase covers + bolster covers) and 2€/pers for the towels (a bath towel + a bath sheet + a washcloth), if you take the linen option in advance, the beds will be made on arrival. As the linen and towels option are optional and if you prefer to bring or if you are traveling with your sheets and towels, the double beds as well as the rollaway beds are in formats 140x200 and 90x200 for single beds. Uncompressible cleaning fee of 15 EUR included in the basic reservation for cleaning sanitary facilities and bathrooms only Possibility of a full cleaning for an additional 15 EUR for a short stay (1 to 3 days) or 5 EUR per day for stays longer than 3 days. In the case of a reservation with a shower key (Entry and exit on the same day), we ensure an early afternoon entry around 2:00 p.m. and therefore ask for an exit between 11:00 a.m. maximum time to clean and put everything back in order for our next hosts. In the event that we do not have a booking before and after your stay, it is possible to arrive from 10:00 a.m. and leave before 3:00 p.m. at an additional charge of 40 Eur in both cases.
