Our spacious Mediterranean-style holiday apartment offers 90 m² of comfort, charm, and relaxation. Located on the second floor of a historic townhouse, it sits in the very heart of Cochem’s romantic old town. Surrounded by picturesque narrow lanes, lovingly restored half-timbered houses, and the unique atmosphere of the Moselle region, the apartment combines historic character with modern comfort and a warm, welcoming ambiance. The space Lovingly designed in a warm Mediterranean style, this spacious holiday apartment offers the perfect setting for relaxation, comfort, and memorable moments together. The apartment features two inviting bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm). In the larger bedroom, an additional high-quality sofa bed with a sleeping area of 160 × 200 cm provides accommodation for two extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds to ensure restful nights, while quiet ceiling fans create a pleasant atmosphere during warmer days. Spacious wardrobes in each room offer plenty of storage space for a comfortable stay. The bright and airy living room invites you to unwind with comfortable seating for up to six guests – ideal for cozy evenings after a day exploring Cochem and the Moselle region. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Bluetooth tower for enjoying your favorite music. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with shower, and direct access to the rooftop terrace complete the apartment’s welcoming atmosphere. The generously sized kitchen, designed in an elegant high-gloss style, is fully equipped and leaves little to be desired. It also features a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience. Integrated into the kitchen is a charming country-style dining area with a large table seating up to six people comfortably – perfect for shared meals, long breakfasts, and relaxed evenings together. One of the apartment’s special highlights is the access to the large, romantically planted rooftop terrace. The terrace is shared with guests from our second holiday apartment, while each party enjoys its own lovingly arranged seating area with sunshade. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or to end a warm summer evening with a glass of Moselle wine. Guest access The apartment is a fully private and self-contained floor apartment reserved exclusively for our guests. You are welcome to enjoy unrestricted access to all rooms as well as the rooftop terrace. While the terrace is shared with guests of our second holiday apartment, each apartment features its own separate and privately arranged seating area, allowing you to relax in comfort and privacy. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor of the building and can only be accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, it is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
