Tucked in the woods is a beautiful home with a lower-level guest quarters. The home was built in 2021 on three acres surrounded by trees. It is peaceful and relaxing, and is within minutes of shopping, sports, and restaurants. You will be able to enjoy a putting green, cornhole, and a quarter-mile walking trail during your stay. The space This charming space offers everything you need. A kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with king beds, two sparkling bathrooms, and a grill on the patio with a view of the woods from every window. It is attached to our personal home but offers a private entry and no shared space. The main living area has a comfortable couch, workspace, and dining area alongside the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: pans, baking sheets, dishes, and utensils. Standard pantry staples such as sugar, flour, oil, and more will be available. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry closet. You will be entertained with a putting green and a quarter-mile walking trail on the property. Guest access Guests will have full access to the guest quarters. There is a locked door between the apartment and the rest of the home. You will be able to relax on your private patio, complete with a fire pit and grill. You will also have private access to the putting green. Other things to note We are conveniently located near highways I-435 and I-70 for quick and easy access to the Kansas City Metro area. We are within minutes of the Kansas Speedway, Sporting KC, Monarchs Baseball, Renaissance Festival, Azura Amphitheater, Hollywood Casino, and The Legends shopping and restaurants.
