At Chalet Le Pery in Abondance: Between lakes and mountains, in the heart of the Abondance Valley, renowned for its authenticity, hiking, Portes du Soleil ski area and cheese! A single-storey apartment (45 m2) in a typical Savoyard Chalet, in Richebourg hamlet of Abondance, south-facing, with views of Mont de Grange, with private parking, terrace and pergola, welcomes you for your winter and summer vacations. We offer a warm accommodation that combines the traditional architecture of the Savoyard chalet and a modern decor, completely renovated in the fall of 2025. It is conveniently located for a quiet stay in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. You will ensure peaceful nights, and a gentle awakening with an incredible view of Mont de Grange! You can enjoy breakfasts on the terrace (and/or pergola) while contemplating the view of the mountains of the Abondance Valley, a true moment of serenity. In summer, you can also enjoy the garden furniture with barbecue, and deck chairs for a moment of peace. The accommodation is on the ground floor, upstairs we live there year-round. You may have the opportunity to meet Régis and Carole, your hosts, and their daughter Charlotte. In the apartment, you will have access to a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker with filter, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, various services (fondue, raclette...), a living room with a double sofa bed (140*190), another single sofa bed (80/190) and TV with free access to Netflix, the spacious shower room, as well as all its amenities, and the bedroom with a double bed of 160x200, a dresser and wardrobe. A room (laundry room) next to the apartment at your disposal to store skis, snowboards, and to access the washer and dryer. Linens and towels (bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels...) are always provided. Self-check-in possible. We will be as present as possible to greet you and extend a warm welcome. Additional service: possibility to charge your electric vehicle on the mains (electrical extension cord provided), €10 per charge.
