The room I rent out has its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please. Everything you need is within walking distance — including the famous Alona Beach. The space Just a 4-minute walk from Danao Beach and 1.1 miles from Alona Beach, Alf’s Guesthouse offers accommodations in Panglao Island with a lush garden setting. The property includes a private terrace and free on-site parking. Guests can enjoy a pool with a view, complete with a safety fence, as well as an open-air bath and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a toaster and fridge. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and the homestay includes a flat-screen TV and washing machine for your convenience. The balcony overlooks the pool and is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. Fresh bed linen, towels, and laundry service are also provided. For families traveling with children, the guesthouse features a kids’ pool and a baby safety gate. Guest access Outside the bedroom, guests have full access to our side of the patio, the swimming pool, and the outdoor kitchen where they can cook. All kitchen utensils are provided. Our internet connection is powered by Globe Fiber, with speeds of up to 400 Mbps — perfect for streaming movies on Netflix or Prime Video, and ideal for guests working online. A dedicated workspace is also available to make your stay even more comfortable. Other things to note I do have motorbike for rent on my property for my guest own convenience. On the other side of the space/next apartment there is other guests who are staying for long term rent.
