The spacious surroundings provide a sense of openness and comfort. LIVING | Cozy living space with air-conditioning, a wall-mounted fan, a comfortable sofa set, a smart TV, and a TV box for your entertainment. DINING | Comfortable dining area with air-con, wall fan, a 6-seater dining table, and a rack with complimentary refreshments. DRY KITCHEN | Fully equipped dry kitchen with a fridge, electric cooker, Coway hot & cold water filter, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and detergents for your convenience. BEDROOM | Our home has five bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Four rooms feature a ceiling fan, LED mirror, clothes rack with hangers, blackout curtains, and a queen bed with premium linens. The fifth room has a bunk bed (two single beds) and a tower fan, offering a cozy space for extra guests BATHROOM | All bathrooms are equipped with a water heater, rainfall shower, toilet bowl, mirror, basin, bidet spray, and ventilation fan. LAUNDRY AREA | A door next to the dining area leads to the laundry space, equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, detergent, and other essentials. UPSTAIRS LIVING (No air conditioning) | Upstairs living area with a ceiling fan, computer table and chair, lazy sofa, books and soft toys for children. UPSTAIRS BALCONY | A small balcony on the first floor where you can sit and enjoy the neighborhood view. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Enjoy the cozy living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area downstairs. The porch offers parking for two cars, and upstairs, you'll find a relaxing living space and small balcony with a street view. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! Other things to note 1. We take extra care to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces and change all bed linens to fresh ones between reservations. 2. The existing bedding accommodates up to 11 guests. For groups exceeding 11 guests, we provide additional single floor mattresses, with a maximum of 15 guests. 3. Baby playpens, a baby wash tub, and other baby essentials are available upon request.
