CHARMING THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE AT MARLEY BEACH, WARICK

Beach House is located on the South Shore in Warwick Parish. It has its own shared private beach as well as two public beach parks which abut the property on either side, Southlands and Astwood Cove. Each day when the tide is low you can walk all along the coast from Marley to Azura on the East then back to Astwood Cove on the West, it’s a gorgeous walk. The Railway Trail is a 5 minute walk from the property . Other beaches such as Elbow and the famous Horseshoe are a mile or so from here, Horseshoe being a twenty minute slow jog from here 😀 LITT Restaurant is just a five minute’s walk and the bus stop is just outside our front gate. The beach at Marley is just a stones throw away, approximately sixty seconds down our front garden path. Beach House was built over 100 years ago from Bermuda stone in the late 1800s and was one of two original buildings on the property now known as Marley Beach. It has changed over the years and upgraded again recently offering comfortable living in classic Bermuda style. Three comfortable bedrooms and large living/dining room have Bermuda cedar beams, wood floors, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The den/TV room is a cosy cedar paneled room just adjacent to the main entrance and living room. The fully equipped country style kitchen with island and eat at table looks out onto the private back patio where you can enjoy breakfast before the sun comes up ! It is fully equipped with major appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.
