Its asset? a large 12 m² green terrace and comfortable garden furniture for a beautiful relaxing time. Its very large bay window, 2 openings on the south side and the glass floor of the bedroom allow light to infiltrate everywhere throughout the loft. But also an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a large bathroom (shower and toilet), a separate master bedroom, an open bedroom in the slope on the mezzanine, high-speed internet by fiber, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, air conditioning Its contemporary colors (taupe, grey, orange) combined with oak parquet and 'waxed concrete' slabs, and colorful and tangy decoration make the place warm and welcoming.
