Spacious exterior apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people located in the Malasaña neighborhood, just a few minutes from Gran Vía. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. The accommodation has underfloor heating, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and two balconies with railings. Kitchen: Kitchen welcome kit, which will contain: 1 bottle of dishwasher detergent 30 ml. 1 washing sponge. 1 multi-purpose cloth. 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygiene reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. - There is air conditioning in the flat. - Wifi. -Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. Other features you should take into account: - The flat is on the ground floor. ATTENTION: IF YOU ARE A LIGHT LOVER, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE :-) - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Accommodation: You will appreciate the place for its central location and modernity. The flat can comfortably accommodate 8 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal - A living area: 3 sofa, one of them its a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with table and chairs. - A functional kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils. - A first pleasant bedroom: double bed, television, storage space. - A second modern bedroom: double bed, television, storage space. - A third functional bedroom: two single beds, storage spaces. The flat is equipped with 3 modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, a washbasin and toilets. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Guest access The closest metro stations to the flat are: Santo Domingo (Line 2) which is a 4-minute walk from the flat. - Callao station (Line 3 and 5) which is a 4 minute walk from the flat. - Gran Vía station (Line 1 and 5) which is a 7-minute walk from the flat. The nearest public car parks are: -Parking Aparcamiento Público. Luna - Tudescos is 1 minute walk from the flat and costs 32€ per day. -Parking Barco 1 is 5 minutes walk from the flat and costs 29€ per day, 2 days 58€, 3 days 87€.... IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the flat is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that to access the flat by private vehicle you must have the corresponding DGT approval, otherwise you will only be able to access the flat on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE FLAT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET, PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE USED. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. They take the trash cans out in front of the building starting at 7:30 p.m. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
