Aquatika is a beautiful complex for families and friends to enjoy, in a quiet atmosphere perfect for spending a few relaxed days. Located in the village of Loiza on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Loiza is about a 30-35 minute drive from San Juan. It has access control, 24-hour security, excellent recreational facilities such as 5 swimming pools, private beach access, 2 tennis courts, mini golf, basketball court, volleyball court, 2 playgrounds. The space The apartment includes high-speed internet with Wi-Fi access to enjoy Netflix, A/C in all rooms, and a Smart TV in the living room. 🔸️Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for a private closet, which remains closed. 🔸️First-floor apartment suitable for all family members. 🔸️It has 3 bedrooms: 🔸️The first bedroom has a queen-size bed. 🔸️The second bedroom has 2 twin size bunk beds. 🔸️The third bedroom is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed. 🔸️It has 2 bathrooms, one of them is located in the master bedroom. Cozy living room. 🔸️Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils. 🔸️Washer and dryer. 🔸️Spacious balcony which includes BBQ, chairs and table for your enjoyment. 🔸️We offer the disposable services necessary for your vacation to have a comfortable start. These services include bath gel and shampoo per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and 2 dishcloths. We do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. Guest access 🔸️Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for a private closet, which remains closed. 🔸️You will have access to the entire Aquatika complex and all the amenities it has to offer. The space is equipped with the equipment you need to enjoy all the activities of the complex. 🔸️Beach ACCESS: Access to the beach is right at the end of the complex with a special key to enter and exit the beach area. We provide the key to the door that gives you access to the beach, but please note that if the key is lost or not returned at check-out, you will be charged a replacement fee of $100.00 for the key. 🔸️Lost or damaged (stained) towel will incur a $20.00 charge 🔸️We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. 🔸️Aquatika has a strict facility access control policy. Upon confirmation of booking, guests must provide the names of those who will occupy the apartment. Otherwise, there may be delays at check-in or security may deny entry. According to Aquatika's policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 guests. The only exception to the rules is up to two babies (0-2 years), in addition to the eight guests. Only the following can access the complex: 🔸️VISITORS are NOT allowed. 🔸️The Aquatika complex requires all guests to wear a resort-style wristband during their stay. Wristbands will be provided to guests upon check-in with security guards. These wristbands must always be worn, so that the complex security can identify guests. The cost of the wristbands is included in the total price of the stay. 🔸️ Anyone under 21 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 🔸️Complex Services Schedule: 🔸️Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 am. 🔸️The beach gate will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. 🔸️The pool water slide is open only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Other things to note 🔸️🚨ADDITIONAL RULES 🚨🔸️ 🔸️This is a smoke-free property🚭. 🔸️NO SMOKING 🚭 ON THE APARTMENT'S PREMISES. 🔸️Guests are not allowed to receive visitors during their stay. 🔸️All persons must register at the guard house. 🔸️ Guests must wear Aquatika wristbands at all times while in public areas of the premises. 🔸️Do not hang towels, bathing suits, or similar items from windows, balconies, doors, railings, or other areas that are visible from the outside. 🔸️Use the towel racks provided. 🔸️This practice may result in fines from the Aquatika complex of $200. If the apartment owner is fined, the guest will be charged this fine. 🔸️No unnecessary noise is allowed. The radio and television must be operated in such a way that they do not disturb the neighbors. 🔸️No one may throw any type of object or trash from the apartment window, balcony hallways, or other areas of the condominium 🔸️All garbage must be deposited in closing bags and placed inside the garbage containers located in the parking lot at the time of departure. 🔸️No glassware, cigarettes, food, or drinks are allowed in the pools or on the water slide. 🔸️Chairs are not allowed inside or on the edge of the pools. 🔸️Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult when entering common areas, swimming pools, and recreational areas. 🔸️Use the beach at your own risk (there are no lifeguards on site) 🛟
