Cozy apartment in the Old Town Hall

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome! The space In our apartment, we offer a peaceful old-time atmosphere with modern comforts. The bedroom window overlooks the magnificent Iijoki river, whose sunset often turns it into a fairy tale. The apartment is in a quiet location on the shore of the Iijoki river, in the center of Pudasjärvi. The rooms are large and 3.5 m high. You have access to, among other things, a remote workstation, 5G Wi-Fi, new high-quality kitchen appliances, an air heat pump and a new bathroom. The interior has been completely renovated in 2019. Guest access Markku will be happy to heat the yard sauna for our guests. Sitting on its benches and enjoying the warmth of the wood stove, you can watch the surrounding nature and the flowing Iijoki river from the large windows. The price of heating the sauna is €30, and in addition, each sauna user pays €20. Linen, self-woven tablecloths, bathrobes and sauna towels are included. Other things to note The apartment's large windows are so high that no one can peek in, even if you sleep with the curtains open. The windows have blinds.
